Eating Disorder Treatment

OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder)
A diagnosis for eating disorders that cause real distress and impairment but don't fit neatly into the specific criteria of the categories above. OSFED is just as serious and just as treatable as any other eating disorder — it is not a "lesser" diagnosis.

Rumination Syndrome
Rumination Syndrome A condition involving the repeated, effortless regurgitation of food, which may develop or co-occur alongside other eating disorders. It often responds well to a combination of behavioral treatment and therapy addressing the anxiety or stress that can maintain the pattern.

Bulimia Nervosa Recovery
Bulimia Nervosa involves cycles of eating patterns that feel out of control, followed by behaviors intended to compensate for them. Shame and secrecy are often central to the experience, and therapy focuses on interrupting the cycle while addressing the emotional drivers underneath it.
